El Volcan Taqueria #breakfasttacos #taqueria

Stopped at a new Taqueria in Allen. Used to be the Church's Fried Chicken that was part of a convenience store/gas station. It closed, then re-opened as another Chicken place, then it closed. Now it is two stores - the El Volcan Taqueria and a liquor store.

We ordered Breakfast Tacos - Chorizo, Pototato, and Eggs, and then tried the Red Sauce and Green Sauce with the tacos.

El Volcan Taqueria's sauces are tasty and spicy but we would give it an It'll Do Rating (see rating system in sidebar and explanation at the end of this post).

Explanation on our rating system...
Since our quest for the best tasting Red Sauce and Green Sauce resulted in the Sac-N-Pac on Purgatory Road in New Braunfels, we compare all others to it.

For the Breakfast Tacos, in the same quest for the sauces, we ordered the same taco - Chorizo, Pototato, and Eggs.  This was the standard order so we could maintain consistency in our taste test.

In rating the tacos, we kept it simple... comment if there is something exceptional about the tacos, else do not comment on them - a breakfast taco is a breakfast taco.
