Made it back to the Kotta Sushi Lounge for lunch! Ordered the Jacki Chan again but held off on the Bento Boxes. Instead, went with lots of other items...

• The Ranger Sushi Roll
• Kotta Spring Roll
• Kotta Fried Rice
• and Shrimp Tempura

Calling this one our favorite sushi restaurant in the area!

The Blue Fish at Watters Crossing

More out and about happenings... this time, had a bite at the The Blue Fish at Watters Crossing in Allen, TX. Not sure what sushi item our dining partners ordered, but it was wrapped in cucumber. For the meal, the "Volcano" entree was chosen. Tasty dish that is baked... not sure how long it is baked, but the dish was tasty. Mix of fish and rice and a creamy sauce. Also, went with fish and scallop tempura. 

Next round, would order a similar dish but with shrimp tempura on the side... gotta have shrimp tempura when eating at a sushi place. LOL!

Kotta Sushi Lounge #sushi

Tried a new place... Kotta Sushi Lounge in Frisco, TX. Was off Friday, so was out and about checking out things in the area. Not sure where to go for dinner; a quick look at Google showed several restaurants nearby. Chose Kotta Sushi Lounge for no reason.

Good thing... had some tasty food for lunch! Ordered the Jacki Chan Sushi Roll and Bento Boxes. Sushi Roll had avocado, crab, tuna, and other things in it, Not sure what else, but it was tasty. For the Bento Boxes, steak teriyaki was tender and included tempura, salad, and California rolls.

Really like this one! Planned to stop by again Sunday for lunch!
