Gloria's for Carne Flameada
Dinner at Gloria's the other day. Been liking their Chile Relleno but this time decided to try the Carne Flameada - skirt steak with onions and mushrooms grilled and then topped with cheese. Tasty dish again... cannot go wrong with their Salvatex entrees so far!
