Homemade Pizza, La Finca Chaquita, and then Choctaw

Started out with some homemade pizza made with sourdough and lots of Mozzarella Cheese. Then, had some Tex Mex food at La Finca Chaquita - Tortilla Soup and a Taco! Round out things with some Choctaw Mongolian Beef before the Eddie Money Concert!

Choctaw Casino's Butterfield Buffet #buffet #allyoucaneat

Been some time since we dined at Choctaw Casino's Butterfield Buffet. Change in the Member Discount made it cost more that we wanted. But, this past week while trying our luck at the slot machines, learned yours truly had a free buffet on his Membership Card!

Winner, winner, buffet dinner!  Had several helpings of some old favorites like their Crab Rangoon and gave the Prime Rib a taste as well.  Always good when you start gambling with a freebie like this!

Choctaw's Tomatillos

Was at Choctaw Casino the other day trying my luck at the slots.  Had a hankering for some soup... Checked out Tomatillos and tried their Carne Verde Soup!  Tasty, tasty,... tasty!
