Chamberlain’s Dinner at Oktoberfest in Addison... #oktoberfestaddison

Went to the Oktoberfest in Addison for the first time last year. Had a great time, so decided to come back again this year. This time we went with Chamberlain’s Dinner event. We liked it because the $55 ticket provided:
  • Gate Entry
  • Dinner (3 courses - appetizer, dinner, and dessert)
  • Beer (Pualaner Beer in three different brews)
  • Table Seating in the air-conditioned beer tent!
  • $25 Gift Card for dinner at Chamberlain's
The appetizer was a ham soup that was tasty, dinner was a german sausage and pork chops with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut (saute'd instead of pickled), and dessert was a strudel covered with a sweet syrup.

Beer gave us a buzz, the food filled out tummies, and the music kept us entertained... glad we decided to come back this year and go with the Chamberlain's Dinner event!

PS: If you decide to go, opt for the second seating at 8:30 PM so you have a guaranteed table in the air conditioned beer tent!

Mckinney Oktoberfest...

Had fun this past weekend in Mckinney at the Oktoberfest! Lots of food, beer, wine, and music. This round we tried several bratwurst, local brewery offerings, and some wine! Tasty, tasty, tasty! Even saw a Lemur at the petting zoo area.

McKinney Oktoberfest - Alaskan Reindeer Sausage

Was having a great time eating and drinking at McKinney's Oktoberfest!  Tried many foods, beers, and wines... this one stood out for us - Alaskan Reindeer Sausage.  Ordered it with grilled onions and chips; satisfied the appetite and enabled us to hoist a few more brewskis!
