More Home Cooked Meals... Prime Rib and some Sourdough Bread in the making.  Prime Rib was awesome. Looking forward to some clamchowder with the bread!  The starter is still ripening; comes from King Arthur Flour or something like that... been around over 100 years! Hope it is tasty as the Prime Rib!
