Chill and grillin steaks... two tasty porterhouse steaks that went well with grilled vegetables and garlic fried rice!

Dining In... Matador Meat and Wine #steaks
Decided on dining in the other week. Went with aged Angus Beef and SFR Wagu Beef in a ribeye cut from Matador Meat and Wine in Plano, TX. Throw in some large Shrimp and the grilling and chilling in the backyard soon followed!
Cooked Medium Rare and with grilled vegetables, dining in never tasted any better! Will keep in mind that the Angus Beef was just as tender and tasty as the SFR Wagu Beef.
