Breakfast on the Go at El Nopalito in New Braunfels

Was on the road several weeks ago and was in need of a filling breakfast to get the day started. Decided to try El Nopalito in New Braunfels; had tried it before and liked it.  Was not disappointed this round... went with the Carne Guisada and Two Eggs Breakfast.  Tasty meal!
